David Hasenbalg Joins THRUUE as Chief Performance Officer

It’s with great pleasure that I announce the next phase of THRUUE’s evolution and the arrival of David Hasenbalg, THRUUE’s first Chief Performance Officer and Managing Director.

Since THRUUE’s founding, we have helped leadership teams define and model the espoused values of their organization. But as the truism goes, culture eats strategy for breakfast. Individual and team behaviors can either bring these espoused values to life or rapidly stifle the strategy leaders seek to deploy.

Now, building on our enterprise-wide approach to strategy and our measured and managed approach to culture, THRUUE is pleased to announce complementary services in team-based culture transformation. Through this comprehensive approach, THRUUE is helping leadership teams drive performance one team at a time—starting with the leadership team itself.

Our new Team-Based Culture Consulting offering is designed for the entire C-Suite as well as leaders of key teams across your entire organization. Using world-class tools and systems, we help equip and empower leaders to model values and behaviors that deliver results and create an environment of engagement, long-term commitment, and trust.

Our team-based culture transformation services will be led by David Hasenbalg, a world-class consultant with extensive experience helping organizations create high-performing teams. Before joining THRUUE, David spent his career helping the C-Suite and leaders throughout organizations develop new patterns of behavior, implement practices of responsible collaboration, create high-performing teams, and adopt effective communication to establish dynamic, engaging cultures that dramatically improve the bottom line.

David is a former U.S. Army Captain, and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He also holds a certification for the Organizational Culture Inventory and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory by Human Synergistics, and he is a certified Cultural Transformation (CTT) Consultant and an ACC Accredited Coach from the International Coach Federation.
