Job Description

Strategic Consultant/Manager: Seeking an individual with 6-10 years consulting experience

  • Provide direct support to project managers and senior staff during all stages of client engagements
  • Develop project-related materials (e.g. research reports, presentations, white papers, etc.)
  • Participate in client workshops (i.e. coordinate logistics, create presentation materials, take notes, and assist lead facilitators as needed)
  • Provide creative insights and observations to help identify and resolve issues critical to clients’ strategic and operational success

Key Skills:

  • Four-Year Degree from an accredited college or university, Masters Degree is a plus
  • Project Management Skills/Experience – Managing and tracking multiple client work streams
  • Stakeholder Engagement / Management Experience – Reaching out to stakeholders across the organization to seek input/feedback on strategy
  • Staff Management – Ability to oversee 1-2 junior staff on a day to day basis to keep project on track
