New Advisor joins THRUUE’s Board of Advisors
Join us in welcoming Jim Williams to THRUUE’s Board of Advisors. Jim brings wisdom and insight in non-profit, social sector, and health markets and has extensive experience in advising organizations through transformation to growth.
Jim Williams joins THRUUE’s Board of Advisors after several years of partnering with THRUUE to provide coaching and advice to C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors in navigating their toughest challenges. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Easter Seals. In that role, Jim helped turn the organization into a national force for social good. He grew Easter Seals into a multi-billion dollar organization and the largest national service provider for children and adults living with disabilities. He has extensive experience serving on Boards where he has been a critical factor in guiding organizations to growth.
