We hope you will join us in listening, engaging in constructive dialogue, advocating for reform, and acting to make a positive difference, wherever you can.

Over the past week, as the U.S. has suffered grief, anger and frustration over the senseless death of George Floyd and others before him, we’ve witnessed the paradox of both divisive violence and inspirational peaceful protests across the country and the world.

We recognize and acknowledge that many individuals and communities are under extraordinary pressure. In particular, communities of color in the United States are acutely feeling frustration and injustice.

THRUUE is a firm dedicated to helping leaders better listen with empathy, understand employee experiences, negotiate social contracts through authentic dialogue, and build organizations in which all humans thrive, on every day.

Guided by our values of being people-driven, persistently curious, authentic, and striving to succeed together, we are committed to fostering equality, justice, and inclusion. We do this by listening, engaging in true dialogue, amplifying voices, and advocating for positive change. This week, THRUUE momentarily paused our work to observe, as a team, the memorial service honoring the life and family of George Floyd. While we know that this is but one example of a problem that demands systemic change, we hope that through this tragic event, America can find the collective heart, wisdom, and leadership to confront racism and inequality everywhere.

We hope you will join us in listening, engaging in constructive dialogue, advocating for reform, and acting to make a positive difference, wherever you can.
